This motion will be voted on by all members present during both worship services on October 6, 2024.

The Long Range Planning Committee moves to accept the campus plan presented to the church on September 8, 2024.

A vote of “Yes” indicates a vote of support for the proposed campus plan as the long term vision for our church campus.

The committee further moves that a Building Committee with some members from the Long Range Planning Committee and members from the congregation with expertise in design, construction, and fundraising be formed to continue to assess the feasibility of building a new sanctuary and the ability of our church to raise the funds to pay for it.

Voting “ Yes” to this motion does not commit the church to building a sanctuary or funding any project at this time
